MFK Recruitment are working with a leading full-service law firm who have a strong regional presence. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Corporate solicitor to join its respected team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 5+ years PQE, to join a forward-thinking and supportive environment that places client service and professional development at its core.
Senior Corporate Solicitor - The Role:
* Support and oversee the Corporate Team in delivering a full range of corporate transactional work.
* Ideally bring an existing portfolio of high-quality corporate matters.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
* Actively participate in business development efforts both within the Corporate Team and across the wider firm.
Senior Corporate Solicitor - Types of Corporate Matters Involved:
* Business and share acquisitions and disposals
* Management buy-outs (MBOs)
* Corporate refinancing and restructuring
* Advising investee companies on legal and strategic matters
* Group reorganisations and intra-group transfers
* Share buybacks and capital restructuring
Senior Corporate Solicitor - Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience handling corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills, with the capability to manage complex caseloads and large-scale projects effectively.
* Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a drive to contribute to the firm’s development and long-term success.
* Confident in advising a wide range of clients, including senior stakeholders such as Directors and CEOs.
* Committed to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting professional relationships.
