Working Days: Thursday: 8:00am - 3:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with a strong background in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our nurturing and inclusive early years setting, supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a safe and stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and learning experiences tailored to children with SEND. Work closely with the SENCO and wider team to implement individual support plans. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and professionals. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience working with children with SEND. Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to provide relevant references DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
