Position Overview
Brij Himalayan Spring Pvt. Ltd. (Purna Water) is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership in Nepal's FMCG and premium beverage sector. The CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable business expansion, profitability, compliance, and stakeholder value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and execute long-term business plans.
Ensure financial management and profitability with full P&L accountability.
Oversee operations, supply chain, and quality assurance.
Lead sales, marketing, and brand building initiatives.
Drive digital transformation (ERP/ODOO, MIS dashboards, AI-enabled logistics).
Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, tax, and environmental laws.
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
Champion CSR and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MBA, CA, ACCA, or Master's in Management/related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in senior executive leadership roles within FMCG/manufacturing; beverage industry experience preferred.
Competencies: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational excellence, sales leadership, governance, and stakeholder management.
Technical Skills: ERP systems (ODOO preferred), data analytics, ISO/HACCP standards, and knowledge of Nepal's regulatory framework.
Personal Attributes: Integrity, resilience, innovation mindset, customer-centricity, and strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
