An established PR agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work across a varied portfolio of hospitality clients, including fine dining, premium casual restaurants and pubs.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality or restaurant PR who enjoys building client relationships, pitching to top-tier media and delivering creative, results-driven campaigns. You’ll work closely with an Account Director while also managing day-to-day account activity and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships, calendars and meetings
* Pitch to top-tier media and secure coverage aligned with client objectives
* Handle media management from story idea through to publication
* Lead on press release writing and content creation, ensuring quality and creativity
* Oversee influencer outreach for reviews, partnerships and event attendance
* Plan and deliver campaigns and client activity calendars
* Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring KPIs are met
* Stay up to date with media trends and build strong journalist relationships
* Attend client meetings, launches and events
Who You Are
* Minimum 3 years’ agency experience in hospitality or restaurant PR
* Established media contacts within the hospitality sector
* Strong writing skills with a creative, strategic approach
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
* Confident in managing clients and pitching ideas independently
* Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry
