Salary: A GBP 28,000 : A GBP 30,000 (pro:rata)

This is a hands:on, varied role:perfect if you enjoy a mix of front desk interaction, behind:the:scenes setup, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
The Role
* Part:time, shift:based (including evenings and weekends)
What Youll Be Doing
* Welcome guests and create a calm, positive first impression
* Manage bookings, payments, and day:to:day enquiries
* Support classes, retreats, and visiting practitioners
* Set up and reset studios and treatment spaces
* Keep all areas clean, organised, and beautifully presented
* Help with admin, stock checks, and basic reporting
* Support health and safety processes, including pool testing

* Friendly, confident, and naturally guest:focused
* Organised, practical, and able to juggle tasks
* Proactive with a hands:on approach
* Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
* Flexible with shifts
* Experience in hospitality, leisure, or wellbeing is a plus (but not essential)
