HR Business Partner - INSIDE IR35
Our client, a fast-paced organisation, is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join on a 3-month basis. The role involves supporting the HR team on various activities and will be based on a hybrid working model.
Key Accountabilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the business divisions, their aspirations, challenges, and strategic objectives, focusing on current and future talent needs (both internal and external).
2. Implement recruitment, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and organisational development initiatives to enhance HR processes.
3. Lead the organisation through transformational change related to people management, ensuring consistency and engagement.
4. Collaborate across the HR function to develop relevant HR initiatives and deliver seamless HR services to employees and managers.
5. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
6. Use data analytics to generate insights that inform proposals and influence HR and business decisions.
7. Stay informed about external market trends, challenges, and opportunities, applying learnings internally.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. Experience working in international, matrixed organisations within fast-paced, dynamic sectors.
2. Proven track record as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders in complex, multicultural environments, including virtual relationship management.
3. Ability to translate strategic HR requirements into engaging language for the wider business.
4. Hands-on HR experience, working on both strategic and operational matters, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
5. Strong change management skills, demonstrating agility and leveraging talent strategies for business success.
6. Innovative and proactive in streamlining processes using technology to enhance automation and scalability.
7. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
8. Confident in challenging and handling difficult conversations while maintaining credibility.
