Facilities Manager - Food & Bevarage

Job Introduction

A bit about the role

Role/Context

1. Responsible for the management and day to day operation of significant Facilities management service lines
2. This role is business critical to the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our largest store and office complex in London
3. Good supplier management –over 25 major suppliers up to £5M pa
4. Flexible to work the occasional shift or at weekends
5. Contactable out of hours
6. Campus centric role with 5/7 attendance in store

Skills / Experience

7. A proven track record working in a Multi – Site or Complex FM Environment in hospitality, retail or any other customer led sectors
8. Exposure to Workplace Management
9. Exposure to People Management
10. Good experience of Hard & Soft Services maintenance
11. Internal and External stakeholder management skills including experience with Contractors and Suppliers
12. Leading regular stakeholder meetings
13. Managing Opex and Capex Budgets and commercial awareness
14. Project delivery of small works
15. Preparation and presentation of simple business cases to Senior Stakeholders
16. CAFM systems – Aurora and/or Concept is preferred
17. Microsoft Office & SharePoint as a minimum. Oracle experience would be beneficial
18. Demonstrable management of building compliance
19. Exposure to incident response

A bit about you

20. You will have at least five years’ experience in facilities management, preferably in a client direct role
21. You will need to be organised with time management skills to be able to plan your workload and meet deadlines. Be goal orientated and action-focused
22. The ability to work autonomously and use your initiative to problem solve. This includes having challenging conversations
23. A keen eye for detail, and you can deliver consistent, accurate results
24. Open to some regional travel

26. IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH General Certificate
27. Facilities Management Qualification and/or any other industry related education
