Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The DTG EU Lead for Digital Data & Asset Operations will drive go-to-market strategy, business development, and solution leadership for data-driven asset operations across Energy & Utilities sectors. This role is highly client-facing, working closely with Sales, Delivery, SMEs, and leadership teams to shape digital ecosystem strategies, develop value propositions, and support end-to-end digital asset initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead GTM activities for Digital Data + Asset Operations solutions across Europe.
* Drive business development and own Order Intake targets for key sectors.
* Partner closely with Sales & Account Management to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
* Shape, architect, and support software/digital engagements with SMEs and technical teams.
* Build strong C-level and R&D stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor.
* Develop compelling digital value propositions around data products, digital thread, and real-time asset ecosystems.
* Leverage domain expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Reliability, Asset MDM.
* Gather insights on customer programs, roadmaps, and technical directions.
* Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and horizontal teams to create customized solutions.
* Track industry and competitor technology trends to guide strategy and innovation.
* Promote value proposition across Energy, Utilities, and Heavy Industries.
Required Skills & Expertise
* Deep expertise in Digital Asset Operations, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Reliability, and Asset MDM.
* Strong in Aftermarket business transformation.
* Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems:
* Data products
* Digital thread
* Real-time operational data
* Connected asset environments
* Proven success in Business Development, Pre-sales, GTM strategy, and Client-facing engagements.
* Hands-on experience delivering data-driven asset solutions in Heavy Industry, Energy, or Utilities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and C-level communication skills.
* Strong understanding of emerging digital trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
* Experience working and living in Europe.
