Sports Coach
Smile Education is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to join a secondary school setting and inspire students through sport and physical activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people aged 11–16, delivering high-quality PE lessons and extracurricular sessions.
Responsibilities of the Sports Coach Role:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across a range of sports
* Support lunchtime and after-school sports clubs and activities
* Encourage participation, teamwork, and personal development through sport
* Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students
* Maintain a safe and positive sporting environment for all pupils
This Sports Coach role is ideal for someone with a passion for physical education and a desire to make a real difference in students' lives.
To apply for this Sports Coaching role, you will need:
* A Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Sport (Level 3 or higher is a bonus)
* First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid certification
* Experience coaching or teaching young people aged 11–16
* An up-to-date DBS on the update service or dated within the last 12 months
* At least 2 professional references covering the last 2 years
