The Role - Primary Teacher
As a primary teacher, you will:
* Work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons as a primary teacher within an SEN setting
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH and learning difficulties
* Work closely with support staff, therapists and senior leaders as a primary teacher
* Create a safe, structured and encouraging learning environment
* Take full responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing
The Ideal Primary Teacher
We are looking for a primary teacher who:
* Holds QTS (or equivalent) as a primary teacher
* Has experience as a primary teacher, ideally within SEN (though this is not essential)
* Is patient, resilient and passionate
* Can adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs
* Is committed to long-term, full-time work
