Account Director - Experiential Agency - London/Hybrid - £60,000 - ASAP start Profiles Creative are hiring for a well established, global experiential agency, hiring an Account Director to work across various accounts in the organisation, including a major ecommerce brand. Youll have at least 2 years experience working on experiential activations in different formats, across B2B and B2C sectors, in an AD role. This is a great opportunity to work with household name brands on various types of projects in the events space. Were looking to hire someone to start as soon as the market allows, with immediate interviews. The Role: Lead and nurture key client partnerships, driving growth, satisfaction and long-term success. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, delivering outstanding Brand Experience solutions that elevate and distinguish client brands. Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy and Production teams to develop and deliver bold, effective activation strategies. Play a pivotal role in new business development, crafting engaging pitches and proposals that showcase the agency’s expertise. Oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring creative excellence, quality and commercial impact. Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that champions creativity and results. The Candidate: An experienced Account Director with 1–2 years’ experience leading key client accounts within an experiential or integrated agency. Commercially astute and strategically minded, with a proven ability to deliver innovative Brand Experience solutions that achieve measurable results. A skilled communicator and relationship builder, confident in influencing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted partner to clients. Strong project leadership skills – adept at balancing creativity, operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams. An inspiring and collaborative team player who leads by example, brings energy and curiosity to every brief, and strives for continual growth and excellence.
