We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated People and Culture Business Partner to join our team.
Job Details
* Grade: Band 8a – Contract Permanent
* Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
* Location: Queen’s Hospital, Romford (site: Queen’s Hospital Town, Romford)
* Salary: £61,631 – £68,623 per annum (inclusive of standard allowances)

Responsibilities
* Deliver a proactive, solution-focused People and Culture service for Clinical Group and Corporate leaders.
* Work closely with leadership teams to support workforce planning, organisational development, staff engagement, and performance improvement.
* Act as a trusted partner, providing expert advice and coaching to managers to build capability and improve management practice.
* Lead and contribute to key workforce initiatives, ensuring people management practices enhance staff experience and organisational effectiveness.
* Embed workforce and OD best practice, improving standards and increasing management capability within the division.
* Develop working relationships with multi‑professional staff built on trust, confidence and mutual respect.
* Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement, ensuring these issues are central to all activity and work in accordance with the Trust’s Equality Schemes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or equivalent experience in HR or CIPD qualified/accredited.
* Experience of generalist HR working at a senior level.
* Experience of operating an HR Business Partner approach within a complex organisation.
* In‑depth knowledge of the HRBP role and key success criteria.
* Commitment to facilitating cultural and behavioural change, service improvement, and team development.
