The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Office Manager to lead our sales function and play a key role in the hotel’s ongoing commercial success.
This role is about more than achieving targets. It’s about creating clarity, direction and belief — helping your team understand what success looks like, how to achieve it, and why their work matters. You’ll foster a positive, confident sales environment where people feel supported, capable and motivated to perform at their best.
You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with clients and partners, respond intelligently to market conditions, and develop sales strategies that deliver sustainable, long‑term revenue growth across corporate, group and agency business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Providing clear direction and purpose by developing and delivering effective sales strategies aligned with the hotel’s wider commercial goals
2. Building strong, respectful relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and external partners, creating trust and long‑term loyalty
3. Proactively generating new business by identifying opportunities, analysing market trends and growing market share
4. Leading, coaching and supporting the sales team, helping them build confidence, capability and a genuine sense of achievement
5. Driving strong performance by ensuring targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining a calm, focused and positive team culture
6. Collaborating closely with Revenue Management to ensure pricing and sales strategies are aligned and commercially effective
7. Maintaining clarity and control through accurate monitoring of sales activity, performance trends and results
8. Representing the hotel with confidence and professionalism at trade shows, networking events and industry forums
9. Ensuring compliance and consistency by operating within all legal, regulatory and company requirements
