A leading multinational manufacturing company with a strong presence in the APAC region is seeking an experienced Rewards Manager to join their regional HR team. Job Description
* Lead annual rewards cycles, including salary and bonus reviews, performance-based incentives, and equity programs for APAC regions.
* Conduct in-depth C&B analytics, market benchmarking, and compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning and data‑driven recommendations.
* Oversee rewards system monitoringkim, including HRIS tools for data accuracy, reporting, and process optimization.
* Initiate and execute various rewards projects, such as long‑term incentive plans, employee recognition schemes, and total rewards frameworks.
* Support regional alignment on C&B workflows, policies, and practices, collaborating with local HR teams to identify and address gaps for consistency across APAC.
* Partner with business leaders and যা finance teams to provide strategic advice on rewards structures that drive performance and retention.
* Undertake business travel to APAC locations as needed to facilitate project implementation, stakeholder meetings, and regional audits.
* Prepare executive reports and presentations FLO on rewards metrics, trends, and ROI to inform senior management decisions.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in Total Rewards in a dynamic and fast‑pace working environment setting.
* Proven 摩臣 expertise in salary benchmarking, bonus structures, analytics, budgeting, and rewards system management (e.g., HRIS like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors).
* Strong knowledge of APAC C&Owne practices and labor regulations; experience covering multiple regions (e.g., Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia) is essential.
* Excel mining analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software for reporting and benchmarking.
* Business‑savvy mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
* Willingness to undertake regular business travel across APAC regions.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or other regional languages is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
