CCH is in search of a caring and empathetic Care Assistant to provide dedicated support to the local people of York, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism. We proudly deliver reablement care in partnership with the NHS. This means you'll work with same clients over a six-week period, supporting their recovery and rehabilitation journey.
