The SeniorEvents Planner will
Report to the Meeting and Events Team Manager
Manage and convert conference & events inquiries
Manage events end to end
Interface with the Meeting and Events Diary Management System
Manage your own area organising the larger events
Have a strong emphasis on maintaining and developing high value key accounts
Handle and network your own and existing accounts and engage with past users to generate future business and develop new leads
Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and Meeting & Events Operations Team to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience.
Contribute to forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required.
Involvement with the AV Team for support on any technical needs Streaming events
AsSenior Events Planner you will have
Experience of being a Senior Events Planner, Senior Meetings and Events Planner, Senior Meetings Planner, Senior Event Sales Executive, Events Sales Executive, Events Sales and Marketing Executive, Meeting and Events Sales Executive
Have three to four years Meeting and Event Management experience
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
Account Management Experience
A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication skills.
Be measured and very organise, enjoys working in a busy environment
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
