We're currently working with a BRILLIANT, top 100 national law firm, looking to add into their growing conflicts function. This is a great opportunity to join the firm at a pivotal timeas they're currently really investing in their compliance function.

With a plan to continue growing and expanding over the next couple of years there is a great opportunity for internal progressio here, an ideal role for someone with a solid background in Conflicts.

The Role?
* Act as the first point of contact for conflict queries across the firm
* Review conflict search results & reports, identifying actual or potential conflicts
* Advise Partners and fee earners on conflict risks, confidentiality, and conduct rules
* Investigate new and existing instructions for conflict concerns
* Maintain internal conflicts registers
* Support improvements to conflict processes & systems (Intapp experience preferred
* Draft, update & maintain conflict policies, procedures & templates
* Assist in training team members and legal teams on conflicts best practice
* Escalate complex queries in line with procedures, ensuring risks are managed appropriately
