Gazelli Art House, established in 2010 by Mila Askarova, is a contemporary art gallery located in London’s Mayfair district. The gallery is renowned for showcasing an array of global artists, highlighting those at the peak of their careers through a diverse exhibition program. With a sister site in Baku, the gallery focuses on promoting the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan and neighbouring regions to create a global dialogue. In 2015, Gazelli Art House launched GAZELL.iO, an innovative platform supporting digital art with online residencies, NFT collaborations, a VR library, and a project space for exhibitions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Greater London for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Gazelli Art House. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, organising travel arrangements, and supporting strategic projects. You will help ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office by acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, while also maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as calendar management, correspondence handling, and document preparation
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with experience in scheduling and prioritisation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders and representing the CEO’s office
* Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Notion and ArtLogic
* Knowledge in contemporary art and the gallery sector is a requirement
* Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Art Administration, or a related field is preferred
