This role is all about people – managing a team of 10+ Commercial Account Handlers, supporting development, and creating an environment where individuals thrive and the team delivers consistently high service.

* Conducting regular 1:1s, training, performance reviews, and team meetings
* Working closely with senior management to align objectives and support wider business goals
