Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £ – £100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? GSL Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dedicated team within a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in the Grantham area.
This role is perfect for someone who’s patient, resilient, and thrives on supporting students to achieve their best. Whether you come from education, youth work, coaching, or care—we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role Will Include:
✔ Supporting children and young people with SEMH needs
✔ Building positive relationships and acting as a role model
✔ Assisting with lessons and small-group activities
✔ Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Has experience with SEMH or challenging behaviour (or is eager to learn)
✅ Remains calm and positive under pressure
✅ Is adaptable, resilient, and proactive
✅ Holds (or is willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS
