Daily Duties
* Leading and contributing to projects across all RIBA stages
* Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, and consultants
* Preparing and presenting design proposals
* Contributing to planning applications and technical packages
* Attending site visits and project meetings
* Managing small internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Ideal Candidate
* UK-qualified Architect with substantial years’ experience
* Strong design and technical detailing skills
* Confident working independently and managing project teams
* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Experience with Revit (training can be provided)
* Knowledge of SketchUp desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
