Highlands and Islands Airports Limited is recruiting an HR Assistant to join its busy HR team on a maternity cover contract.
This role suits someone with a background in administration who enjoys varied work पह values good customer service, and wants to develop experience across the full employee lifecycle.
The role
You willولى support the administration of key HR processes from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers.
You will act as the first point of contact for general HR queries for the airports you support.
You will provide accurate and timely administrative support to ensure a high quality HR service.
You will work closely with colleagues within a small HR team to manage competing priorities.
You will use HR systems and databases, maintaining accurate records and handling information with care.
Working pattern
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
Hybrid working is available, with the successful candidate living within daily travelling distance of one of HIAL’s airports.
Some travel to Head Office will be required.
What we are looking for
You should have previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR or similar office environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
You should be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with databases.
Good communication skills and a flexible, positive approach are importantannu.
Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
