Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 if applicable).
2. Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality learning experiences.
3. Support students of all abilities to make strong progress.
4. Contribute to the wider schoolmunity and departmental development.
5. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom.
About You
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English.
8. Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners.
9. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
