Your new role
As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers and Paraplanners while acting as a central point of contact for client queries. You will ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound phone calls, enquiries, and requests from clients and providers
2. Managing client correspondence in both written and verbal formats
3. Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
4. Preparing client review packs for annual and tri-annual meetings
5. Coordinating client meetings and managing advisers’ diaries
6. Producing portfolio illustrations and supporting investment processes
7. Providingprehensive back-office support to the wider team
8. Maintaining and updating accurate,pliant client records using internal systems
9. Ensuring all financial planning administration ispleted in line with regulatory procedures
What you'll need to succeed
10. Previous experience working within a Financial Planning or Professional services organisation
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
12. Excellentmunication skills and a professional, client-first approach
13. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
14. High attention to detail with a focus onpliance and accuracy
15. Confident IT skills across office systems and back-office software
16. A positive, flexible attitude and a strong team ethic
