You will supervise lessons, maintain classroom behaviour, and ensure students stay engaged with learning. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic school setting and making a direct impact on students’ progress.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during lessons when the teacher is absent
* Maintain classroom behaviour and engagement
* Follow lesson plans and support students with learning activities
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and progress
* Support school routines and uphold safeguarding standards
Requirements:
* Previous classroom experience desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, reliable, and adaptable
* Ability to maintain discipline while encouraging positive learning behaviours

* Hold an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last 2 years
