Your Tasks Oversee production planning and performance to meet customer requirements, including managing personnel, equipment, and KPIs like cost, quality, and delivery. Manage the annual budget with a view of exceeding the annual goal. Support and drive continuous improvement activities to optimise equipment and processes. Support cross-functional collaboration for new product introductions and ensure timely, high-quality customer deliveries. Manage team development, including recruitment, training, motivation, and supporting any HR matters. Your Profile Technical apprenticeship HNC or equivalent in Mechanical/Production Engineering. 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Have experience in a high pressured production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passionate, driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
