Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager I for Hardware to drive hardware programs from concept through ship. The role combines program management craft with hardware development context — coordinating engineering, supply chain, and operations to deliver products on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hardware programs across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and dependency maps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners
- Track risks, issues, and trade-offs across the program lifecycle
- Run program reviews and executive communications
- Partner with supply chain on component sourcing and ramp planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical program management, ideally on hardware
- Working knowledge of hardware development lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
- Hands-on with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort working with offshore manufacturing partners and supply chain
