Senior CRM Manager Hackney, London – 3 days in office Up to £60,000 The Company Join a fast-growing retention agency with a specialist focus on CRM and email marketing. With a team of 11, they exclusively partner with leading D2C ecommerce brands, working hands-on with Klaviyo and Shopify. As a Klaviyo Platinum Master Partner, they’re trusted by ambitious brands to take their retention strategies to the next level. The Role You’ll oversee a team of 3 CRM specialists, act as the go-to expert for lifecycle strategy, and directly shape CRM activity across 20 client accounts. You’ll own CRM KPIs, lead on campaign optimisation and testing, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver cutting-edge retention marketing. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 3 CRM specialists. Act as the strategic lead across multiple ecommerce client accounts. Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing strategies within Klaviyo. Own CRM performance metrics and client reporting. Partner with internal creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Requirements Strong background in CRM strategy with hands-on Klaviyo expertise. Ecommerce and Shopify experience is a must. Proven leadership experience (managing at least one direct report). Previous agency experience or time spent in a high-growth D2C brand.
