Executive Assistant
Eastleigh, Hampshire · £30,000 – £40,800 pa
This is a newly created EA role to support the COO of a rapidly growing technical company that is proud of its self-motivated team and positive culture.
As the Executive Assistant to this calm, highly capable, and busy COO, you’ll be a trusted partner,managing their diary and inbox, coordinating travel, and organising company training events and team-building activities.
As the EA, you will handle confidential information discreetly and be part of management meetings, including preparing agendas, documentation, and following up on action points.
From time to time, you will ensure employees' birthdays and company milestones are acknowledged on behalf of the COO.

This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday with free car parking.

Who you are:
* You thrive in a small business environment and enjoy working in a job where no two days look the same
* You have proven experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team
* Educated to degree level, though experience will always be considered alongside qualifications
* You handle confidential information with discretion, sensitivity, and maturity
* You are comfortable working from the office most of the time, happy to share the space with a friendly office dog, and willing to complete a background check at offer stage
