Roles and Responsibilities
* Have regard for the need to safeguard pupils' well‑being following statutory provisions
* Inspire students to develop a love of Geography through enquiry‑based learning and real‑world case studies across KS3‑KS5
* Use innovative teaching strategies to support a range of learning styles and abilities
* Participate in school trips, fieldwork and extra‑curricular activities that bring the subject to life
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback to help every learner succeed
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills following the school's behaviour policy
* Work in partnership with parents/carers, ensuring open, respectful and timely communication to celebrate success and address concerns
* Engage in continuous professional learning, embracing feedback and contribute to departmental excellence
