About the Role
As a Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, often working with students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH
* Assist in delivering lesson content and encouraging positive behaviour
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to meet individual learning and emotional needs

Candidate Requirements
* Recent experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, ideally with SEND or SEMH needs
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in education, childcare, or learning support
* Strong behaviour management skills with a calm, empathetic approach
* Full CV covering the last 10 years (with gap explanations)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Two professional references (plus overseas police checks if applicable)
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
