Lodge Manager
Churchill Estates Management are recruiting an exceptional Lodge Manager for our retirement development at Hardy Lodge, Shaftesbury, SP7 8GY.
* Salary: £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:00pm with 1 hour lunch
* Location: Hardy Lodge, Shaftesbury, SP7 8GY
About The Role
You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first‑class service to Owners. In this autonomous role you will be the trusted, ‘go‑to’ person on‑site and a friendly neighbour for Owners. Your tasks include liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners.
About You
Ideally you have experience in similar roles within retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity or health & social care. You are passionate about customer service, have excellent administration skills, and can work independently with initiative and sensitivity. Strong computer literacy is required, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
