About The Job You’re Considering
As an SAP S/4HANA QM and PP Consultant, you will work as part of a great team shaping and delivering the latest processes and solutions to a wide and varied set of clients, across many different industry sectors.
As an S/4HANA QM and PP consultant, you will oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP solutions for customers, fulfilling their requirements, and delivering workshops to configure and understand business processes.
Working alongside Capgemini’s team of specialists in our Supply Chain Management Capability, you will deliver innovative projects to existing and new clients and have opportunities to develop our pipeline for future projects.
This role offers a chance to work on today’s SAP platform, such as S/4HANA, and leverage latest technologies (GenAI, Digital twin, automation), helping clients transform their enterprise.
You will be involved in various project stages, from shaping the transformation roadmap to agile delivery and post-go-live support.
Your knowledge of SAP Quality Management and Manufacturing, and their integration into Supply Chain, will enable you to shape, build, and deliver solutions, as well as contribute to the growth of the SAP SCM Capability. You will also have access to training and industry-recognized certifications to enhance your skills.

We help clients navigate complex SAP transformations using the latest SAP products and innovative delivery methodologies.
Hybrid working: Your work location will vary among company offices, client sites, and your home, based on role and needs. You will be unable to work 100% remotely.

Your role:
1. Provide functional consulting in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Manufacturing, including workshops, business process knowledge, and configuration to deliver value to customers.
2. Engage with customers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions integrated into SAP and non-SAP systems.
3. Deeply understand business processes and transformation, focusing on SAP S/4HANA QM and Manufacturing configuration to meet client needs.
4. Lead and mentor teams, make decisions on best practices, process improvements, and implementation plans.
5. Contribute to supply chain strategies with innovative ideas, especially in QM and Manufacturing solutions.
6. Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise.
7. Develop thought leadership within SAP solutions and industry best practices.

Your Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management and Manufacturing consulting.
2. End-to-end experience in SAP S/4HANA QM and Manufacturing projects.
3. Ability to analyze and model business processes related to project demands.
4. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM integration with other SAP supply chain processes like procurement, warehouse, production, sales, and plant maintenance.
5. Industry-specific knowledge in QA/QC processes, especially in Aerospace, Defense, Consumer Products, Pharma, or Discrete Manufacturing.
6. Leadership experience managing small to medium teams, onshore and offshore.
7. Commitment to professional growth within SAP SCM and Capgemini.
Your Security Clearance: To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring residence in the UK for the past five years and other criteria. Some roles may be restricted to UK Nationals.
