Job Role:
OBI are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team. You will be an individual who is passionate about developing a career within the built environment and is excited about data and the stories held within.
At OBI the Research Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the setup, management and conducting of qualitative and quantitative research projects, enabling our teams to provide best-in-class insight to clients and peers within the industry. The individual will need a creative flair to come up with innovative insights and communicate these findings in a commercially focused manner to a variety of stakeholders.
The role will focus upon undertaking surveys, questionnaires and interviews with OBI clients to formulate data which will be utilised to formulate client briefs / space requirements for their office premises. The candidate will need an interest in building on there knowledge to explain the various working practices to clients. Communicating the findings and providing data driven conclusions will be an important part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* OBIQ: Manage all data on OBIQ including uploading quarterly take-up information.
* Market Data & Analysis: Following confirmation of annual and quarterly take-up figures to produce market reports and quarterly reviews containing commentary and statistical analysis and key occupational trends. Monitor development and refurbishment pipeline and plot absorption rates.
* CRM: Management of CRM including system enhancements, production of dashboards and data upload.
* Asset Management: Work alongside Will Lewis as Asset Manager of schemes such as 82 King Street.
* Pitches & Presentations: Help pull together bespoke client pitches and presentations acting as a bridge between the T&AM team and Studio.
* Research & Blogs: To produce regular blogs and support on research papers and content.
* Investment Support: Support the Investment Team with market statistics, assisting in the production of sales particulars, competition schedules and market commentary.
* General: Assist in managing OBI website and availability and occupier targeting.
