Teaching Personnel is seeking a resilient, empathetic SEN Classroom Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support to young people with a wide range of additional learning needs and behavioural challenges in one of our partnered specialist schools. Based in the welcoming community of Ystrad Mynach, this busy, forward‑thinking school offers specialist education for pupils aged 3–19 with: Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD) Autism Spectrum Conditions Specific learning difficulties Complex additional needs In this hands‑on role, you’ll work flexibly across all key stages, supporting learners who may struggle to engage in mainstream settings. Your focus will be helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to thrive —whether through tailored 1:1 support, behaviour management strategies, or building positive, trusting relationships.
