We have been instructed by highly regarded Legal 200 private practice as they continue their ambitious and exciting growth plans over the next 3 to 5 years.
This newly created role will see you playing a crucial role within the operations department guiding a team of over 20 through a time of significant expansion. Working very closely with the Director of Operations you will offer, facilitate and deliver strategic advice in shaping and driving the strategy of the Client Services Department. Your specific responsibilities will be to oversee and drive highly motivated team with the support of two Client Service Managers and in executing the change and strategy for the firm.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership - Development and implementation of core change
Process Optimisation - Establish and Implementation of policies and procedures
Team Management - Mentoring and managing employees
Financial Planning - Budget & KPI management for the department
Stakeholder Relations - Build strong internal relations with departmental Heads
Compliance - Take responsibility and audit the departments systems
