Location: Spalding
Salary: £25,500 £26,900 per annum
Additional Earnings: £3,000 £9,000 per year from sleep-ins
Hours: 08:0022:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep ins)
Contract: Full-time, temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
About the Role
Our client is looking for full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join their team in the Spalding area, working within family-style residential homes. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
This is a rewarding role where you will play a vital part in helping young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe, loving, and supportive home environment.

Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Caring, flexible, and resilient attitude
Strong communication skills with a positive and energetic approach
Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins
Ability to build supportive and professional relationships with young people
Makaton or BSL skills are desirable but not essential
