We are seeking a proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy office in Purfleet. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with customers and insurers by email ensuring that the organisation is represented, at all times, in a professional and courteous manner. To offer administrative support to both the organisations new sales and existing business team. Accessing and acting on instructions extracted from the organisations in-house diary system and where appropriate ensuring that future actions are diarised forward. Answering and responding to both customer and insurers queries via, post or e-mail in a timely manner, avoiding delays, which may cause the organisation harm (financial or otherwise). Responding to all reasonable requests from the Administration Manager that relate to the smooth and efficient running of the department. Keeping up to date with the organisations’ products, services and strategies. Performing any other ad-hoc duties as may be required of this role.
