You will be working at an impressive build-to-rent site in Leith with 373 high-spec apartments.
Summary of Position
* Providing administrative support to the leasing team
* Managing enquiries
* Pre-qualifying applicants
* Processing tenancy renewals
* Acting as an ambassador of the scheme's brand and delivering exceptional customer service, upholding the development's reputation within the local community
* Working closely with the Leasing Manager and team to ensure a seamless and high-quality lettings experience, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
* Guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process with outstanding customer service
* Supporting the Leasing Manager in achieving leasing targets, resident retention, and successful lease-ups through proactive engagement
* Contributing ideas to marketing initiatives to enhance service delivery and the scheme's market presence
* Keeping up-to-date with the competitive landscape to ensure the building outperforms market benchmarks
* Ensuring data accuracy and efficiency within the CRM system, complying with legal and operational requirements
* Supporting social media marketing initiatives
* Participating in weekly marketing meetings
* Maintaining legal compliance records throughout the leasing process
* Handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to maintain a positive reputation
* Serving as a key contact for applicants, providing tailored support from inquiry to tenancy agreement
* Ensuring all activities comply with property legislation, including tenant deposit protection, right-to-rent checks, and health and safety regulations
* Collaborating on community engagement and resident-focused events
* Driving online reviews and fostering community spirit
* Contributing to a collaborative team environment to ensure collective success
Who we are looking for:
* Experience in leasing, lettings, or property administration is desirable but not essential
* An excellent team player and communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, tenants, and clients
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy, dynamic environment
* Strong organisational skills
