Reservations Coordinator
We're looking for an organised and guest focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at The Mutton.
As our Reservations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every booking is smooth, professional and welcoming. You'll manage our reservations system, optimise table allocations and support the front of house team in delivering the outstanding service we're known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reservations via phone, email and online booking systems.
* Confirm bookings, record guest details and preferences and ensure special requests are clearly communicated.
* Share menu knowledge and confidently answer guest enquiries.
* Optimise table allocations to enhance guest experience and service efficiency.
* Liaise closely with FOH and kitchen teams regarding covers, timings and events.
* Provide a warm, professional first impression to all guests.
* Support with general admin tasks as required.
Experience
* Experience in a reservations or guest services role within hospitality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural guest first approach.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
* Experience with reservations systems (e.g. Seven Rooms).
* A team player who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.
