The role
is for you if:
1. Must possess an ACA/ACCA/ICAS/CPA qualified (or international equivalent)
2. Significant experience in Transaction Advisory / M&A, with a focus on SPA or completion accounts work.
3. A proven track record of leading complex projects and advising at senior levels.
4. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify key value levers and negotiation tactics.
5. Experience in business development, client origination, and practice growth.
