The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving branch performance by:
* Leading the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of healthcare staff (HCAs, RNs, support workers, etc.)
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
* Mentoring and supporting junior consultants to grow and succeed
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
* Driving business development through client visits, networking, and proactive sales
