Our client is a leading FM Provider with a strong presence across a variety of sectors. It is currently looking to hire a proven Regional Facilities Manager in Chelmsford, Essex.

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will be site based and oversee the hard and soft service delivery to the flagship building which is part a large public sector contract. You will manage a team of 9 people and oversee all specialist sub-contractors.
The Regional Facilities Manager will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise effectively, and make quick decisions as and when required. You must have a good understanding of hard and soft services; this is a full FM contract. In addition, you will monitor and ensure that your team is hitting their KPIs and SLAs in accordance with the contract.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8-10 years in the FM industry, hold an industry qualification, and have a passion for what they do.
