As a Manufacturing Engineer with an electronics focus, you will be leading the development, optimization, and support of production processes. You will act as a technical authority ensuring our products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be:
1. Designing and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies including PCBAs, wiring, and integration builds
2. Creating and validating tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for repeatable, high-quality production
3. Providing daily engineering support on the shop floor, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
4. Leading root cause investigations for electronic failures and implementing corrective actions
5. Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating designs into scalable manufacturing processes
6. Collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure efficient production flow
7. Developing and maintaining test strategies including ICT, functional, and end-of-line testing
8. Driving Lean improvements to enhance quality, safety, cost, and cycle time
Essential Skills:
9. Strong electronics engineering fundamentals
10. Hands-on troubleshooting and fault diagnosis experience
11. Knowledge of PCB assemblies and test methods
12. Experience with manufacturing processes and Lean principles
13. Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and wiring diagrams
To be successful in this role you will:
14. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
15. Have experience with electronic systems, testing, and production environments
16. Have familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated systems
17. Have experience with PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
18. Have knowledge of ESD controls, IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610), and best practices in electronics manufacturing
19. Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools
