We have an exciting opportunity available for a full time Management Support Team Administrator on a 6 month contract. The role is to provide to our Clinical Team Managers and Clinical Teams administrative support within the Central Community Mental Health Teams.
You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. You will need to demonstrate skills and experience in diary management, minute taking with working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience are essential.
Main duties of the job
Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including reports. Answering telephone calls. This post will be required to cover reception on a Friday. Ideally this is an office based position.

Person Specification
* NVQ 2/3 Business Administration / Customer Services, or equivalent or willing to work towards.
Experience
* Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through practice at intermediate level. Confident to answer telephone calls.
* Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise management diaries.
Skills
* ICT skills including Microsoft (especially word processing, spreadsheets and presentations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
* Knowledge of NHS policy / procedures and systems
Experience
* Ability to work with senior members or staff across a large organisation.
* Working on own initiative with minimal supervision
