Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the role serve the needs of our customers who are seeking innovative technology solutions. You will: Take responsibility for strategy, P&L, and operational performance of the business unit, ensuring budgets are realistically set and then achieved. Oversee support of existing customers, ensuring their utilisation of deployed solutions is maximised, and that customer engagement is exemplary, as measured by customer satisfaction levels and back to base sales. Oversee provision of account management services to existing customers, ensuring we grow our share of wallet through increased solution usage, expanded solution breadth and new department sales. Strategically leading achievement of new logo sales goals, by focusing the team on opportunities that have been researched, qualified, and tactically targeted. Ensure operational structures, business processes, and governance frameworks are aligned to Modaxo best practices. Actively contributing to the strategic direction of Modaxo, including strategic positioning, organisational maturity, identification of M&A targets, and our overall market approach. Ensure a high degree of staff engagement and performance. Develop and strengthen the leadership team. Key Role Responsibilities Working under the guidance of the Group Manager, and with the support of the Modaxo EU finance department, working collaboratively as part of the Leadership team, undertake the following high-level responsibilities in a professional manner: Develop and execute business strategies that enable attainment of company goals: Achieve strong organic growth and profitability across the business by overseeing the development, sale, implementation, and support of products and services to new and existing customers Maintain strong Customer relationships to ensure Customer attrition is low Provide leadership to all team members, setting accountable goals and monitoring their attainment, and ensuring delivery of agreed staff development plans Working with the leadership team, prepare and execute a detailed plan that will lead to a targeted organic growth, resulting in continuous improvements in quality of earnings. Ensure accurate financial management and active participation in quarterly business reviews Provide strategic advice to the Group Manager and keep management aware of developments within the industry and region Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of cost-effective operations and market development activities Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated effectively and are followed Oversee and manage business operations and resources ensuring compliance in all areas of business operations and employees, including: Design and direction of technology products and solutions Delivery and ongoing support of solutions implemented with our customers Sales and commercial content to contribute to winning tenders and sales proposals Commercial and contractual engagement with our Customers, partners and suppliers, in collaboration with Modaxo EU legal counsel Provide effective leadership, mentoring and day-to-day line management of all reporting staff, including overseeing the local and the international annual talent management process Recruit and retain the right people into the right roles, ensuring motivated, trained and developed team members for the achievement of objectives and goals Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major Customers, key decision makers and stakeholders to ensure the business provides appropriate services Qualifications and Experience Proven track record of success in a senior level management role with a minimum 3 years of general management experience in enterprises in the software/tech industry Experience in developing and implementing effective strategic and business plans Personal Attributes Proven ability to set clear objectives and motivate yourself and others to consistently achieve outstanding and sustainable results Outstanding leadership and communications skills; be approachable and build strong trusting relationships with stakeholders Very high level of commercial awareness with strong financial acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in driving organisational and cultural changes Strong client service mindset focused on understanding and addressing customer needs Highly developed written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to engage with customers and contribute to the development of high quality, winning tender responses and ensuring that the message gets across with the desired effect Ability to act in a self-directed demonstrating initiative, innovative thinking and to juggle c o mp e t i n g pr io rit i es th r o ug h ou ts t a nd i n g t i m e m a n a g e m ent skill s Strong level of judgement with a strong work ethic, high integrity and trust Organisationally savvy though understanding company culture and the origin and reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures Special Conditions The position involves a moderate level of domestic and international travel Hybrid working Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings Available: 1 And a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Software Company.
