This role is perfect for an experienced Mortgage Area Sales Manager looking to excel in a broker environment, or a Senior Mortgage Advisor ready to progress into management.

1. Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants, helping them build successful careers within our group.
2. Drive performance and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service.

4. Deliver short-term sales goals and long-term growth strategies, reporting to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for:
5. Full mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
6. Proven experience in Financial Services and a strong track record in mortgage sales.
7. A passion for leadership, coaching, and motivating teams.
8. Commercial awareness and the ability to lead by example.
