Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Compliance and Office Manager. The individual will oversee compliance with regulatory and company standards, maintain key certifications, and conduct audits as required. Daily responsibilities include office administration, managing office equipment and supplies, coordinating customer and employee communications, ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace, and acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies. The role will also involve supervising administrative activities and supporting the operational needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively serve as a liaison between clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks, including scheduling and record management.
Experience in managing and maintaining office equipment, ensuring the effective operation of workplace infrastructure.
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills for ensuring compliance documentation and regulatory standards.
Familiarity with compliance processes, quality management systems, and certifications such as ISO standards is beneficial.
