Responsibilities
* Provides an efficient, effective, and friendly support service to the business, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
* Works with the I&O Manager and other members of the IT team to deliver ongoing support to users and manage services to help maintain all operational IT systems.
* Maintains and adheres to appropriate procedures, records and other documentation.
* Contributes ideas and suggestions to colleagues to assist with continuous improvement of processes, procedures, techniques and standards in use in the department.
* Supports, encourages, enthuses and coaches stakeholders and other team members in the adoption and use of existing and new systems, emphasising best practices.

* Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
