About the Job:
We are seeking a results-driven senior Business Development Manager from within the industry to join our team in Portsmouth. In this role, you will focus on winning new business from specific verticals and up-selling products and services into our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation:
Identify potential leads through various methods such as research, social media, networking events, and inbound marketing campaigns.
* Sales pipeline:
Build, maintain and close revenue to meet monthly sales quota.
* Social Selling:
Utilise social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to connect with potential leads, start conversations, and build professional relationships.
* Email ABM:
Craft and send personalised emails to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
Skill Set:
* Experience:
Minimum 4 years industry relevant experience
* Closing the Deal:
Proven ability to close complex sales at pace
* Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
